Abstract

In these days, the world is witnessing a high level of killing and fighting in every part of its corners, this happens unfortunately without any restrictions. Because of that, I have indented to write about the sanctity of the human soul in Islam. This study aims to shed light on the inviolability of the human soul and dignity in Islam, particularly the inviolability of non-Muslim citizen who lives within Muslims, and trying to illustrate the reality of non-Muslim citizens in contemporary Islamic countries. And creating awareness within Arab and Muslims, particularly in Malaysia, of what might be sought by some of international powers to undermine the unity of religions and sects in our Muslim countries, by concentrating on the rights of non-Muslim minorities in these countries. Methodology of study depends on analytical and comparative methods for opinions of Muslim scholars, Jordanian law and some rights of non-Muslim minorities in Malaysia, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon. The study proved that Islamic Legislation not only keeps the inviolability of a non-Muslim citizen soul, but also gives them all rights as Muslim Citizen.
